What does home mean to you?

This was the question put to a spectrum of people in the community of Exeter.

Framed by their living circumstances, their responses were varied and profound.

Homelessness isn’t just rough sleeping - it has many forms. And it affects many more people than you might think.

The idea of home is so personal. For some it’s where they have built a life and raised their children, while for others it’s simply somewhere to lay their head.

In the build up to Christmas 2020, Exeter Homeless partnership asked everybody the same question about home. This film and series of stills were conceived and created as way to present their answers.
